Grand jury accuses Kuna mother of sexually abusing eight boys

A Kuna mother is now accused of sexually abusing eight teenage boys.
A grand jury indicted Courtney Sue Reschke, 35, Tuesday on 20 charges that allege she plied seven of the boys with alcohol and sexually abused all of them, some of them more than once, the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office announced Wednesday.
Reschke abused the boys at her home in the 400 block of North Sourwood Avenue beginning at the start of the school year, prosecutors say. She was arrested Nov. 30.
The boys are 14 and 15 years old and are friends of Reschke’s oldest child. She also has two children ages 5 and 10 who were home during at least one of the encounters, according to previous court testimony.
“The 5-year-old was attempting to get into the room to get the defendant’s attention during one of these encounters and the defendant ignored her,” Deputy Prosecutor Jean Fisher said in court.
Reschke is charged with 11 counts of lewd conduct with a minor, two counts of sexual abuse of a child under 16 and seven counts of dispensing alcohol to minors.
She faces up to life in prison if convicted and remains in the Ada County Jail on $750,000 bond. The bond increased from $250,000 after the indictment was returned.
Reschke’s next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 8 before 4th District Judge Ronald Wilper.
